I left the bustle of Bedwell Harbour with dingys, jet skis, float planes and a dozen boats queued up to check in to Canada and headed out for a hopeful afternoon sail before going to Port Browning. My Friend Marcus Reichert mentioned that he had a pleasant stay there and I decided to head there for the night.

To my chagrin the wind was light to non existent so after floating around for a couple of hours I motored slowly to Port Browning where I treated myself to a slip for the night and a meal at the Pub.

Port Browning is a small harbor a with a nice marina and Pub at the head of the dock. There is also anchorage in the bay but it was crowded as I made my way through the anchored boats going into the marina.

I had a pleasant evening and It started raining sometime after midnight, a welcome change and some fresh water to help wash some of the salt and dirt off Fairtide.
